Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Boone

DJ's home is BEAUTIFUL. It is decorated so nicely and has the most amazing view of the mountains. You're a quick drive to both Blowing Rock and Boone, but still far out enough to be in the mountains. It's a huge plus that the porch is covered because the last day of our trip, we had some rough weather, but we were still able to sit outside and enjoy the porch and crisp mountain air. My husband and I are already planning to go back in the Fall!

This was our first time stay, Space was clean ,uncluttered .The surrounding area was beautiful ,We love this place and would be back again. Carl and his son was amazing hosts.

We loved the home. The weather was iffy with the winter storm coming in and we had to leave a day early. But that’s not her fault!!! The cleaning could have been better; especially the tops of furniture. And the water took forever to heat up in the master bath…all in all it was a great place in a great location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Views are beautiful in the snow!

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the front yard for all day sledding! The house was spacious - perfect for our four families! Most importantly, the hosts were super friendly and responsive to any questions we had! We will definitely be back to enjoy the river in the summer!!

I really cannot recommend Andrew’s place highly enough! I have stayed in many Airbnb’s, but never one as well appointed and organized as this one. Every last thing you could possibly need for a super comfortable and convenient stay is provided. That includes our individual favorite drinks upon arrival. Would highly recommend and would stay again for sure!

Everything about the house was great. It was tastfully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The carport was nice to park under. We did unplugged the air fresheners while we were there and the step up from the carport to the house is a bit steep. All in all we would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beech Front. It had everything we needed for our trip, and it was a comfortable home away from home.

Amy and her husband are very friendly. It’s a very peaceful place as I lived in South Carolina and I travel up here to work for the time being I love studying at her place. This is the second week that I stayed. I will be staying there more. I enjoyed myself very friendly to talk to and she makes beautiful pottery, but as her place it’s sparkly clean very comfortable and warm and there is a local sushi restaurant and a pizzeria that I ate at that I haven’t enjoyed and will visit again.

Highly enjoyed my mountain stay! The view was spectacular, the driveway was bit rockery than anticipated but my Toyota Camry made it up fine! It was very clean and cozy! The hosts did an amazing job at communicating and accommodating our stay. The guest book was adorable and full of fun recommendations of activities to do. I really loved it here, will happily visit this same property on my next stay!! worth the money and the view!! Thanks again!!

Great place to stay and very quiet. It had everything I needed. Clear check-in instructions, and it was easy to come and go without the host needing to be there. Very clean! I will stay there again when in town.

We had a lovely time at Luc and Linda’s place. It is walkable to ASU and downtown which is great bc we couldn’t get an Uber. The place itself was well-maintained, had everything that you’d need to stay for a couple of days. I’m also happy that there was a futon sofa so 2 of us got our own beds. The space is well-lit and clean in a safe and quiet neighborhood, so I’d 💯 recommend if you’re visiting Boone.

I have stayed at Richard's Still Wind Retreat many times, and I look forward to it each time! The actual space is beautiful, with Richard's artistry and creativity evident everywhere. The private deck built just for Still Wind is my favorite place on earth! The tranquility and beauty of nature from that vantage point is breathtaking. Richard is also very responsive to any needs you might have. I would recommend Still Wind to everyone, it's an amazing place to stay!

This place was awesome!!! Right next to one of the best restaurants/marinas I have ever been to. Cheryl was extremely nice, Very accommodating, and one of the most genuine people I have met!! The house was very clean and exactly like it was described

Kevin was a very friendly host and his wife even made us cookies and offered to make us breakfast. Very sweet people and we will definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend Jamie's home to anyone visiting the Hickory-Granite Falls-Hudson area. Jamie's home was very beautiful,warm, and inviting. Her home is set in a very quiet woodsy neighborhood. I would give Jamie's home a 10+! I have family in the Hickory area so know i will have a great place to stay anytime we come for a visit.

Great place to stay for a ski trip or a mountain getaway.

We had the best time at Nicole’s place. The condo is very spacious, extremely clean, peaceful, and has beautiful views. We loved hanging out on the porch and winding down inside by the fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We took advantage of the playground and indoor pool located on the resort. The location is super close to Main Street and right by the blue ridge parkway for many hikes. Nicole is super responsive for any questions. We will be back!

Trey’s place hit all the marks for what I needed - clean, cozy, comfy, and affordable. Bonus points for an amazing loose leaf tea selection, gorgeous mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and close to everything I wanted to do in the area. (Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster were on my list - did them all in a day.) All instructions were clear and easy, and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable weekend away in the NC mountains. Go stay here and support western NC!! I hope to come back again soon :)

We had a lovely stay at Ronnie’s. We were with another couple, we had plenty of room did not feel crowded. The condo was very well furnished we had everything we needed. It was very nice and very comfortable. The patio was great very private also had great views of Grandfather Mountain. It was close to so many things to do. We really enjoyed our time there. Would go back highly Rey

Dean was very quick to respond and our stay was wonderful. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was very spacious, neat, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be making arrangements to stay here again. Great experience! Eric

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

Best Airbnb rental I’ve ever had. Furniture was super comfortable…..beds were AWESOME…….from being comfy to the great linens! Closet was loaded with extra pillows and blankets if you needed them. Owners thought of everything by leaving little notes for things (ex: how to get water hot faster). Super generous with supplies left there……even had razors if you needed them. Loved our stay and 100% staying there again next trip!

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.
