Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Boothbay Harbor

If you are looking for a winter rental - look no further! This has everything you need to be comfortable. With little traffic in the winter, it is only 25 minutes to downtown Portland! Krystle was extremely kind and communicative and always made sure I had everything I needed! She was very flexible and I would most definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Portland! The house was stunning—beautifully designed with so much intention and care. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully laid out. It was just a quick 5–10 minute drive to downtown, but felt like a peaceful retreat. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations and little touches that made the stay extra special—like the delicious pastries they brought us! Highlights for us included the luxurious bathroom with the tub and shower, the cozy linens, and enjoying the projector in the evenings. We also really appreciated how eco-friendly the space was, from the materials used in the remodel to the little details like the compost bucket and so much more. You can truly see how much heart and effort the hosts put into creating this home. So, so perfect—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

The home was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was unexpected but amazing to have everything one needs to cook lobster and a Thanksgiving turkey and fixings! David and Hannah were very responsive, welcoming and kind. What a beautiful location in downtown Belfast, very walkable with lovely views. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful experience! Despite a few issues caused by the previous guest, everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Communication was always prompt, with fast responses to all our questions and requests. The place is beautiful, with an impressive attention to detail in the decor and an exceptional level of comfort. I highly recommend this stay and hope to return again in the future!

summer in Maine is now really expensive and as I started looking late, I was delighted to find Regina's place available. It was cozy and comfortable just for me and it felt quiet and safe. I could easily walk to the water's edge just down the hill and the location was only a mile from my sister's house which is primarily why I rented it. There are no exceptional views but if you plan to get out a lot and explore, it's a great option and probably a lot less than air bob's with water views. Everything worked in the house and Gina was always a text message away which was great.

This is the second time we’ve used this place for a group end of season ski trip! Perfect for a group and a great location

Our friend group had a great time staying here for the weekend! The house is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. Short ride to Sunday River for skiing and to Bethel for dinner etc.

Caroline is a super host that takes pride in her property by keeping the uniqueness of the early century home along providing lots of kitchen utensils and small appliances. She is very friendly and makes suggestions . Very kind. We used only the first floor of which the beds were very comfortable but a large family or several families could have a nice gathering using all of the floors. The lake is within walking distance that you can swim, kayak etc or bring your boat! The driveway at the house goes around to come back to get on the road so you don’t have to maneuver backing up the drive. Very peaceful! Lots of space!

We had a great time staying at Richard and Julie's house. They were proactive in communicating with us beforehand and the house itself was exactly as billed in the pictures - comfortable, well-stocked, and very close to the water. I'd happily stay there again.

Richard's house was by far our favorite vacation home we've stayed at. The house was immaculate, very welcoming and cozy with how nicely it was decorated. My kids (age 10 & 15) and my husband were very beyond excited when they walked in and viewed the home for themselves. It was stocked with everything from toiletries to kitchen/cleaning supplies. We typically have to bring our own dish and laundry detergent, toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, ziplock bags, all the small stuff you learn to bring over the years so you don't have to buy it at the store when you arrive. So that was huge plus! My kids enjoyed the play station and the smart fridge to doodle on. Everything in preparing this home for guests was well thought out, from the welcome snack/coffee/wine bar and Andes Mints, bathroom toiletries, the room fans, leaf blower, drying rack, beach supplies, games, etc. We had a great vacation for our first time in Maine, and the house made our experience even better!
