Welkom in het bosrijke Exloo, gelegen op de Hondsrug in Drenthe. Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

Lovely bungalow in a beautiful place! With a large private garden around the bungalow. The bungalow is on the ground floor. A nice living room, practical kitchen, fresh bathroom and 3 lovely bedrooms. Private parking at the bungalow. There is a private playground right in front of the bungalow for our tenants and a general playground in the park ( 1 minute walk). There is also a pump track track, tennis court, table tennis tables, volleyball, and a large air trampoline available.

Within walking distance of the cozy Gieten with delicious fresh bread or a Gieterkoek at the bakery. Here you will find the supermarket and nice restaurants. By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and ancient megalithic tombs.

It happens regularly that you see deer standing in the backyard, and on a sunny day, an alarm clock is unnecessary thanks to the morning orchestra of birds. It is a private cottage but it is on a shared yard 20 meters from another house. Dogs may be present here.
