The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden loft with a single bed.

New, completely renovated and modern furnished taverna style apartment, consisting of entrance veranda, open kitchen, living area with sofa bed, dining area, two bathrooms, one of which is service, two double bedrooms. Three private parking spaces inside electric gate in front of the house entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the summer it remains cool and pleasant, however there is an air conditioning split.
