Wonderful cottage, no matter which window you look, you only see greenery. We were there with four adults and twins (10 months old). Very clean and no unnecessary stuff which was very suitable for babies. The heating in the rooms takes longer to get warm, in winter you probably have to use the fireplace more heavily. The kitchen is not necessarily equipped for cooking 5-course menus, but everything necessary is available. Too bad it was over so quickly!

Rob’s place is great, the terrain around the house is super large and was perfect for my dogs. Rob was a great, welcoming host, offered help when needed and respected my privacy.

The cottage felt like home. We have relaxed in the quiet forest. I managed to let go of the daily and come to myself. And how dark it is at night! The cottage has everything. Coziness, warmth and indeed with all the comforts. Good airing was necessary, because it got damp in the cottage very quickly. We went home again with an inspired mind. Thanks! And we will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. It was so cosy, relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed walking in the countryside and walked to a lovely restaurant up the road one night. We were within a 20 min driving distance to Groningen. The beds were comfy, there was heating so we were warm, plenty hot water and everything you would need in the kitchen. I recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again when we are back in the area.

Super nice. Didn't have such good weather unfortunately but the place was cozy and clean. We felt right at home.

I had rented the lodge together with my husband and 2 children aged 6. The self check-in and key safe are top. The lodge itself is cozy and spacious on the inside. Large kitchen and spacious living room with fireplace and a brand new (sleeping)sofa. My husband and I slept well on that. The children have used the bedroom which is also spacious and features a cozy shower. The lodge offers a lot of privacy. View from the terrace over the large garden, lake and beautiful trees. The kids could play in the playground and paddle on the lake. They had a great time. Wonderful stay, only thing I missed are wine glasses 😊

Nice little hut. All you need, youll find there. The house is situated in the middle of the green and surrounded by trees and bushes, so it stays cool during the summer.

Nice, small cottage, in the countryside and very privately located. Uncomplicated and friendly hosts. Thanks to Melanie and her husband for the friendly welcome. The "beach chair" is recommended for anyone who doesn't expect too much luxury, but peace and quiet. Enough space for one to two people with a dog. The surrounding area invites you to take long walks or bike rides. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the dyke and the four-legged friends are welcome on only a few beaches. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and returned from the holiday refreshed.
