The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

Beautiful, small holiday apartment for 2 people in cozy Arnager about 8 km. from Rønne with 10 meters to a nice beach. Includes living room and kitchen in one, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

The boatbuilder's henhouse

Vores lille anex byggede vi for få år siden til vores børnebørn ( flest piger) derfor navnet “Hønsehuset” Som gammel bådebygger, var det enkelt at bygge en lille kahyt, med funktion, trivsel og æstetik for øje. Anexet ligger for sig selv og giver også adgang til en stille solrig havekrog. Vi bor nederst i Gudhjem, så vi har både klipper og Nørresand havn med flere atraktive badesteder inden for 100 meter.
