Climate-friendly tree house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Architect-designed low-energy house in wood from Østerlar's sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Child-friendly detached house. Fenced gardens with play facilities, large south/west facing terrace and indoors we have both a fireplace room furnished as a play area as well as a playroom. In addition, we have a baby travel bed. In the bedroom is a large sleeping bed of 2x3 meters. We have sauna. Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas and awning. You can park in our carport. Note: We have two cats that can be kept out with doors closed + three rabbits who are happy to fill up with food and drink bowls during the stay.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites long hiking and running, beach baths, picnics, sunset, and vacation. It has great mountain biking routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

Experience the beautiful island of Bornholm in a lovely house in Rønne, right by the sea, where there are stone stairs where you can swim and SUP board (Borrow our SUP boards). Enjoy the large garden with sunsets trampoline and terrace. The house is a 10 minute walk from a sand beach, forrest, shops and busses. The house has 3 bedrooms 2 toilets a shower, large living room and kitchen with ocean views. The cellar has its own entrance outside, 2 small rooms small shower, Usable but not luxury

Havhusets gæsteafdeling på 84 m2, er beliggende 100 meter fra kystlinjen. Nordøst for huset går der en gangsti til Allinge, hvor en vandretur byder på smukke klipper og sandstrande. Fra køkkenvindue og badeværelsesvindue er der hav-kig. I 2023 blev der bygget feriehuse på grunden foran mit hus. Så nu er udsigten klods på klods. Central beliggenhed med blot 400 m. til Tejn havn hvor daglig-brugsen, Penyllan Brewery og Smedjen- Streetfood, ligger. Ovenfor på Nordre Strandvej findes Brødre Bageri.

Our spacious home boasts an exceptional location directly by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the water. The house serves as the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and experiences. Tejn is considered one of the most up-and-coming towns on Bornholm at the moment. Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

140 sqm house with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area, divided over 3 floors and a small annex. Our house is front and center directly facing east and sunrise. Our small town is called Aarsdale and includes both Mikkeller Bar and Gorms Pizza, and is also just 3.5 km south of Svaneke. We have a sit-on-top kayak in the garage including life vests that can be used. In addition, we have a trampoline in our lovely wild garden, and a ping-pong table in our basement.

We have a very affectionate and family friendly cat, Figaro, who would like to be fed when you are here:) Note: We also rent out our annex. Within 5 minutes walk you will find Hullehavn and the South East of Paradis.

In Rønne's old town surrounded by hollyhocks, colorful townhouses, you will experience good air in the rooms and designer furniture. We make a virtue out of using objects with history, and you will find things from French castles and modern Danish design.
