Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Large charming villa close to forest and beach.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Black hat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, intricate and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the first floor is amazing. The area invites to long walks and runs, beach baths, picnics, sunset and holidays. Here are good mountain bike routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

Luxurious cottage with the most beautiful sea view

With this renovated and charming summerhouse, you get one of Bornholm's finest sea and forest views. You live with your own exit to the forest and overlooking the most beautiful sunset over the sea. You can also see Hammershus and Hammerknuden. The wood decks around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, the water, the forest and the hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Wonderful modern swedish house with charm

This unique home has its very own style. The Swedish House is newly renovated on all 3 floors, respecting the unique history of the house. You live centrally in Bornholm's largest city, where there is walking distance to the cinema, cafes, shopping, etc. At the same time, there is walking distance to the forest and beach. It's easy to get around the island whether you have a car or you're on public transportation. If you want to stay at home, the home offers a lovely courtyard, covered terrace as well as orangery.

Experience the beautiful island of Bornholm in a lovely house in Rønne, right by the sea, where there are stone stairs where you can swim and SUP board (Borrow our SUP boards). Enjoy the large garden with sunsets trampoline and terrace. The house is a 10 minute walk from a sand beach, forrest, shops and busses. Large single-family house in Rønne, Bornholm

Children friendly detached house. Fenced gardens with play facilities, large south/west facing terrace and indoors we have both a fireplace room decorated as a play arena as well as a playroom. In addition, we have high chairs and baby travel cot. In the bedroom is a large 2x3 metre co-sleeping bed. We have a sauna. Barbecue, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, parasols and awning. You can park in our carport. Note: We have two cats that can be kept out with closed doors.
