Large charming villa close to forest and beach.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Black hat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, intricate and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the first floor is amazing. The area invites to long walks and runs, beach baths, picnics, sunset and holidays. Here are good mountain bike routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

Wonderful modern swedish house with charm

This unique home has its very own style. The Swedish House is newly renovated on all 3 floors, respecting the unique history of the house. You live centrally in Bornholm's largest city, where there is walking distance to the cinema, cafes, shopping, etc. At the same time, there is walking distance to the forest and beach. It's easy to get around the island whether you have a car or you're on public transportation. If you want to stay at home, the home offers a lovely courtyard, covered terrace as well as orangery.

We are happy to make our lovely home available to you when we are not in the house ourselves. Therefore, it's important for us that you receive the house cleaned up and cleaned, as we expect to get back to it when you leave again. Family house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in lovely green surroundings on the outskirts of the city with a field in the backyard and views of a ponytail across the way. Large terrace and garden with fruit trees and berry bushes. Beach, forest and walking/cycling distance shopping.

Historic farm with own lake and sea view

The inspector's home is 186 sqm. and contains entrance hall, large living room and dining room both with sea view, kitchen/living room with kidney carpentry kitchen and direct access to the cozy courtyard, sleeps 4 with double beds as well as renovated shower and toilet. The home has high ceilings and great beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and right of use for all common areas, as a courtyard, park, lake, etc.

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach.
