There is also comfortable underfloor heating in both the bathroom and the guest toilet, and the former also has a sauna - perfect for holiday relaxation. You will spend a large part of your holiday on the house's lovely terrace with a parasol, garden furniture - including sun loungers for sunbathing - and a barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and fresh air with a cup of coffee, a cold beer, or a good glass of wine. There is a carport for your car. The house is only 25 meters from a small fishing lake, so it is a good idea to bring your fishing rod on holiday. You are also close to Dueodde Hostel with a kiosk. Only 150 meters separate you from the lovely sandy beach, making the house an ideal base for a beach holiday. The area also offers many beautiful walks. Inviting and beautiful holiday home, high up in Gudhjem Holiday Park on the sunny island of Bornholm overlooking the beautiful Baltic Sea. A very well-maintained and inviting bright home on 2 floors, there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Nice living room with new and well-maintained kitchen with access to 2 terraces, so you can have sun or shade all day. The holiday park offers a large free pool area, sauna, playground, football field, etc. A short walk along the beautiful cliffs and you are in Gudhjem town with all its shops and restaurants.

Child-friendly detached house. Fenced gardens with play facilities, large south/west facing terrace and indoors we have both a fireplace room furnished as a play area as well as a playroom. In addition, we have a baby travel bed. In the bedroom is a large sleeping bed of 2x3 meters. We have sauna. Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas and awning. You can park in our carport. Note: We have two cats that can be kept out with doors closed + three rabbits who are happy to fill up with food and drink bowls during the stay.

In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). There is also a tennis court and a playground with picnic benches.
