Here you get tranquility and amazing nature, while staying within walking distance of Gudhem's steep streets, the harbor environment, restaurants, supermarkets, visitor farm, Food Cultural Centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. The house contains all modern necessities, but at the same time embodies the original charm from the time it was built as a summer house in 1938.

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Lovely half-timbered house, in a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city center and just steps from the cliff path and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be made instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-room, living room, bathroom and a private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood-burning stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.

Welcoming and wonderful holiday home, high located in Gudhjem Holiday park on sunshine lake Bornholm overlooking the beautiful Baltic Sea. A very well-maintained and invitingly bright, with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Lovely living room with new and well-maintained kitchen starting from 2 terraces so you can have sun or lean all day. The holiday park offers large free pool area, sauna, playground, football field etc. A short walk along the beautiful cliffs and you are in Gudhjem town with all its shops and restaurants.

Sea view from the 1st floor, 600 meters to the city beach and harbour bath. 1000 meters to the forest and beach. 32" Smart TV on the 1st floor. DR TV and Swedish TV . Newly renovated and nicely furnished house with seaviews situated just at Tejn port. 6 new beds and 2 automatic air matresses allows comfortable sleeping for upto 8 persons. The house is fully equipped with all modern facilities. Just 100 meters from the house you can bath in the ocean from a latter on the clifs. There is a lovely terrace in the garden with sea view, garden table with 6 chairs and corresponding cushions. There is a covered patio where you can sit if the weather is boring.

The name of the house is a bit misleading, because from the large kitchen family room there is not only a search glimpse, but 180 gr. full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Feriehus udlejes til den kræsne gæst. Kæmpe have og flot udsigt fra terrasse. Mange solkroge og skyggekroge på den store grund. Plads til spil i haven og hyggelig bålplads. 10-15 minutters gang til Allinge via flot klippe-kyststi. 10 minutters gang ad samme sti til Sandkås strand. (2 min. i bil) 2 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge, 1 soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge og 1 soveværelse med 140 cm bred seng. Ren bornholmsk ferieidyl.

The boat builder's chicken coop

Vores lille anex byggede vi for få år siden til vores børnebørn ( flest piger) derfor navnet “Hønsehuset” Som gammel bådebygger, var det enkelt at bygge en lille kahyt, med funktion, trivsel og æstetik for øje. Anexet ligger for sig selv og giver også adgang til en stille solrig havekrog. Vi bor nederst i Gudhjem, så vi har både klipper og Nørresand havn med flere atraktive badesteder inden for 100 meter.

Indoors nice apartment on a disused farm. Good spacious entrance hall with access to a room, bathroom and kitchen family room. In the kitchen family room there is a sofa group and a dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower. Large terrase with access to private garden. River, forest, beach are nearby.
