Enjoy the peace and nature of Bornholm in this spacious house with room for the family. The house is located on the outskirts of Østerlars and there is walking/biking distance to Stavehøl waterfall. The home: the house has 2 bedrooms, but there is also a bed and sofa bed in the living room. So there are a total of 6 sleeping places. There is a laundry room, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. From the dining area in the living room you can both look out on fields and Østerlar's round church or out on the large plot with fruit trees in the backyard.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linen, towels, etc. are not provided for the stay, but can be ordered in advance for DKK 200 per person.

The property is ideal for large families, or for companies on a strategy trip.

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Stenhuggeren have - glamping (havecamping) I hjertet af Bornholm, i en stort og ugeneret have med blik på solnedgangen over markerne op mod Almindingen - hvor Nydamsåen smøger sig igennem haven, der er anlagt i cottagestil, findes der tre telte (5 m i diameter), der er indrettet hyggeligt og opredt med dobbeltseng eller to enkelte senge. Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og hylde i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.
