Chalets also include TV lounge, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, balcony, patio for outside dining space and shared use of a hot tub and sauna. Free parking is available.

The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace with dining area and kitchen, second living room with fireplace and pool table, barbecue and oven. When special occasions - birthdays, christenings, weddings and any other parties - are celebrated in the villa, the rental price is negotiable and the damage deposit is double.

Mountain art studio

Our studio is located in ski resort Borovets, Complex Iglika 2. It takes about 5min walking to the lift and slopes. Many restaurants and bars are in a walking distance. It is exactly in the main center of the resort. Underground parking space is available (extra charge). First you need to request it. There is a minimarket in the same building, pharmacy in 3min walking distance and ski school and depot right next to the entrance of the building.

Ski Studio Hotel Iceberg

This is a cozy studio in Hotel Iceberg just 5 minutes by walk from the gondola lift. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday in the mountain. Guests can use swimming pool and spa in the hotel for free. There is option for good breakfast as well but you have to pay additional 20BGN per person. There is a free parking if there are enough available spaces, but there is also public parking that guests can use and it is 10BGN per day.
