The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.
