Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Near Limoges, in the countryside

My place is close to Limoges. It is independent and is located in the Briance Valley countryside. In the nearby area, you can visit the village of Solignac, the ruins of Chalucet, the Reynou park, the limousine park,... Oradour sur Glane is 30 minutes away. It can be the starting point for hikes. My place is great for couples, solo, and business travellers. Breakfast is subject to conditions.

Professional or traveler, you are welcome in Limoges. The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk to the train station, 17 min walk to the city center, close to the Zenith and the highway, (Giant casino 50 m away, with bakery, pharmacy, etc.). You also have access to the pool (open from June to mid-September). We are also ideally located in the countryside for hikers, mountain bikers and runners (trail).
