The house is unique in the area and retains authentic features such as centuries-old stonework, an exposed chestnut roof, and a bathroom with a shower carved into the rock. Outside, you will find a private garden with a barbecue and a secluded patio featuring a hammock and a swing chair, overlooking the Luni Valley and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
