It is located close to the "Köllnischer Wald," hence the nature-loving district name "Stadtwald." Visitors only by arrangement!!! HOSTESS SERVICE NOT PERMITTED!!! Thanks to the highway connections to the A2, A3, A42, A31 and B224, we are centrally located. Parking spaces for cars are sufficiently available in front of the house.

A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.
