Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The property comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a large living room divided into two sections.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...
