We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Au Pied du Château looks out on the village square and the Chateau de Bourdeilles, a medieval castle with a renaissance addition. The house is nestled into the center of a lively village in the Dordogne department in the Aquitaine region of the south of France, in the Périgord. With three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, living room, balcony, and courtyard, Au Pied du Château accommodates six people comfortably. Fully furnished and equipped, it can be rented for a week, a weekend, or a few days.

Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Our house is right next door, but we are quite discreet and respect the peace and quiet of our guests. Village and small village shops accessible on foot . Parking for your vehicle. We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Our house is located in the village, right in front of a large playground for young and old and 200 m from the Dronne River. Walking distance: bakery, tourist office, media library, tennis courts, river, canoe rental, restaurants, cafes and castles. Bicycles available. This is our family home, it is equipped for young children: beds, games, chairs, books, dishes. You have access to a large library and board games
