The little house has rooms over three levels, with a generous balcony, private patio and use of the large garden. The garden is enclosed to one side and the river flows through on the other side. The river can be accessed for paddling.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille, au bord de la rivière La Dronne à 5mn de Ribérac. La "gloriette" est un gite très spacieux qui possède une terrasse privative sous une gloriette. Accès direct à la rivière. Vous bénéficiez d'un accès direct pour la baignade, la pêche ou les ballades en canoës. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
