Gîte mitoyen, haute de gamme, entièrement neuf, 55 m2 sur 450 m2 de jardin exclusif, lumineux, paisible, charme, décoration contemporaine et raffinée, à 5 minutes à pied du lac. Accessible handicapés. Très belle vue sur les montagnes et sur le château de Menthon. L’endroit est très calme, avec un joli jardin et un beau magnolia. La cuisine donne sur une grande terrasse en bois propice à d’agréables moments pour les apéritifs et repas. Les couchés de soleil sur les montagnes sont magnifiques.

In the heart of a hamlet, we welcome you in our 4 rooms of 120 m2 composed on the ground floor of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath, a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, a toilet, 3 bedrooms including 1 giving access to a balcony with a view of the chain of Arcs. The accommodation is a 5-minute drive from the funicular giving access to the resort to enjoy our beautiful mountains for hikes and sliding sports. Other stations are close by as well.
