Beautiful fully renovated studio, located on the 1st floor ,furnished ,quiet ,right in the historic center of Bourges , free parking 5 minutes away ,ideal for holidays ,short stays or business trips. Cleaning is provided between each rental by the owner herself with disinfectant products. The fixed cleaning fee for the stay is 18€. It's a good idea to just put toilet paper in the toilet. I don't live on the property,plan to book 48 hours in advance .
