My family of five had a great stay at Anita’s stylish house near the city centre. Easy to get to cathedral, shops and rugby. Also made use of the tenpin bowls a very short drive away. Quiet peaceful residential road close by to shops. Perfect for a long weekend away to see friends and family.

A beautiful property in a great location right on a lake. Everything was pristine and exactly as shown in the photos. Susan was very responsive and proactive. Easy to find. Large property that would easily fit a family or group of friends. The hot tub over looking the lake is fab!

Over the years we have stayed in a great many Airbnb’s. Sungate is one of the most comfortable and well equipped. The attention to detail and the high quality ‘extras’ are amazing. The bungalow is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Bath. We would hope to stay again in Sungate when next visiting the area. This must be a contender for the most beautiful property on Airbnb Cotswolds. Idyllic peaceful setting, surrounded by woodland and fields. Utter tranquility. yet proximity to a picture postcard country pub and with Cirencester just 10 mins away. The thatched annex is spacious, luxurious and has exceptional attention to detail both inside and out. Very well laid out kitchen with high end fixtures. We cooked a couple of evenings, indeed our best meals of the trip. Becky, the charming and elegant host, greeted us upon arrival. I did text a couple of times with questions and the reply was instant. Her family was in residence but maintained a very low profile during our stay, barely a curtain flicker. I generally try to throw in some sort of negative comment to a review to show balance but in truth am too in love with the property to find one. If the configuration of bedrooms and bathroom suits your requirements then I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

We stayed as a family of 7 (6 adults and a toddler) and two dogs for two nights over the May bank holiday weekend. We had a lovely time. The cottage was clean and comfortable and has a very well equipped kitchen. Didi was very helpful and the check in instructions were clear. We used it as a base to visit Burford and Burton. We ate at the Wheatsheaf pub/hotel one evening which Didi recommended, would recommend. There is a lovely park a few minutes walk away which our toddler enjoyed and plenty of green space for dog walking. Parking was quite easy to find in the village, we had three cars between us and didn’t struggle to find parking. Would happily return. Thanks Didi, great host.

We had a such enjoyable stay at Spinney Falls house. The house is beautiful and in a great location with a gorgeous view from upstairs balcony and bedrooms. The open plan layout is great and the pool table was a hit. The house is situated close to the pool and the football field wasn’t far away either. We had children ranging from 18 months old to 13 years old and everyone had a fabulous weekend. We’d definitely return. Many thanks!

This place is perfect for a family visiting Oxford. Wonderful host, easy to get to the shops and into the centre of Oxford by bus. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 4 days earlier this month and found it to be a really comfortable and well-equipped holiday home. Would definitely recommend to others.

From the moment we booked until we checked out Ians communication was spot on. He kindly let us know his previous customer had left earlier that day so we were able to check in earlier when we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was nothing you needed that wasn't there, although Ian was more than happy for us to call him should we need anything. The complimentary supplies were much appreciated! The two bedrooms were both a lovely size with King size beds, comfy mattresses and quality Egyptian cotton linen. Plenty of storage in both and both rooms supplied with a hair dryer. The bathroom is a wet room which was great for us. Underfloor heating throughout (except bedrooms which had central heating), this kept the place a perfect temperature. Such a fantastic location, so once your parked behind the property you won't be needing your car again. Ian was the perfect host and we'll be back! Thank you.

What a wonderful place! Only a few steps from Pulteney Bridge, with the city center in very easy walking distance, this besutifully decorated flat felt like a lovely home right from the beginning. We particularly enjoyed the view and the fact that the flat is flooded with light. Thank you, Dan!

The flat was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was so close to the spa we could see it from the window, and a really short walk to the station. Really comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great value for money too.

Great location just a short 10 minute walk into Bath city centre. Beautiful views from the main bedroom, kitchen and living room. Very peaceful. Parking for 2 cars. Spotless and clean and exactly as described. Very comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen to cook a full meal. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wow. A beautiful apartment in a stunning area. We loved it. Very homely and comfortable which exceeded our expectations. Matthew was a superb and extremely thoughtful host. I won't spoil the surprises for any future tenants, but there were many unexpected treats and bonuses. Superb value too. Matthew even helped sort out the necessary parking vouchers before hand. We're definitely coming back.
