Construite en pierre de taille, elle comprend un sous-sol aménagé en salle d'eau, un rez-de-chaussée équipé pour les petits déjeuners, un étage-chambre avec voute et une terrasse panoramique avec vue ( 360°)sur l' estuaire de la Gironde. Le bâtiment est flanqué au nord-ouest d'une échauguette qui abrite un escalier à vis.

In the municipality of Epargnes, 15 minutes from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 minutes from Meschers and Talmond. Our cottage, combines old-fashioned charm and today's comfort. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for lounging! We also offer a pool of 10.5mx4.5m covered and heated depending on the season (May/September consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Bed linen and towels not included. July/august exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.
