This beautiful studio is a gem! Very nicely furnished with HUGE shower. There were little things included that were thoughtful touches - coffee pods, mini creamers, sugar packets, bottled water in the fridge. Very nice to have on hand until you can get to a store to purchase what you need. The Murphy bed was very comfortable (firm) and the place was SUPER clean and smelled fresh each time you walked in. Having a washer and dryer is so convenient if staying a week like we did. We highly recommend and will be staying here again if we get the chance. Ramon is very responsive and helpful, too!

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

This was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay before ending our trip. It was in a quiet area not far from many beaches and activities. It was clean and spacious with simple entry and exit instructions

This is an absolutely perfect apartment for one or two people. Very well thought out and high end finishes. The kitchen has apartment sized appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bathroom is small but lovely. the location is perfect, in the beautiful Indian Beach, Sapphire Shores area and very close to downtown. I would absolutely highly recommend this. turner communicated with me very well and was extremely accommodating.

Everything amazing! My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our 2 year anniversary by the beach areas. This airbnb was near a lot of great food restaurants and stores for common shopping. It has an an amazing living room space, many kitchen utensils for baking/cooking, a spacious bathroom and a very cozy bedroom.

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

Really nice place. Rented for my sister as she had to go to a funeral in Tampa and she said it was a great little place to stay. She said she would stay there again as it was very nice and easy to find. Thank you Yosbany for taking care of my sister. She really enjoyed here stay. I recommend his place as its not in all the hussle and Bussel in the middle of Tampa.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Amy should hold a masters class in being an Airbnb host. She is fantastic. The apartment is absolutely spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. She is so detail oriented in all her information that she leaves for guests right down to the best area suggestions. She is quick to respond with helpful hints. She is a 5 star host and the apartment was 5 stars for our needs too. Highly recommend and very close to beautiful beaches too.

This spot was perfect for a quick stay! Would also be a great place for a longer stay, but it fit what we needed exactly! Loved the privacy it offered and of course the hot tub was incredible! We also loved the convenience of having everything we needed to cook a meal there. Overall amazing stay!

Chris is a friendly, helpful, flexible host. I saw a review where it describes this cute little one bedroom, rustic. It is, as well as cozy with a very comfortable bed, full bathroom, washer and dryer fridge. No stove, but honestly I didn’t come to Florida to cook. I do plenty of this at home, so we were happy with the Keurig for morning coffee, even had water and beer in the fridge when we arrived. The back yard is lovely, quiet and has nice hot tub, chairs and table in the shade when needed. Well lit at night for our late arrival too. This is a nice, well established quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe. If you are looking for a Hilton type of property, spend the extra money and go there. We were looking for something small and efficient, nice environment at a reasonable price. This is perfect find.

Filip and Magdalena's place was great! Finding the place was fine, it took a second to find the alleyway where the parking lot is, but still very easy. The neighborhood is Old Northeast, which is one of the best in St Pete. As a native, I already knew I was getting a good spot. Quiet and close to downtown with lots of stuff to do around. The neighborhood has narrow brick streets (with street parking), so I had to back up half a block to let other drivers through a couple times. Also the sidewalks have hexagonal tiles that you can easily trip on, so be careful. Check-in was easy. The stay itself was also great. remotes for every ceiling fan, multiple light settings, blinds that block out light, extension cable for outlet behind the couch, etc. They thought of everything possible. The hot tub was a nice addition too, we had fun using it. LG TV was really nice too. The inclusion of some bags of Christmas Tea for the season was really great. You can tell they really care. Would stay again.
