Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. (shops 2 km away) Christophe and Marianne will be happy to welcome you to this fully renovated gîte. 1 hour from the beaches and the Sigean African Reserve, 1.5 hours from the winter resorts, you can also enjoy water activities in the Aude Gorges, and at the Cavayère Lake in Carcassonne.

Our little cocoon is peacefully located in the heart of nature. This is a 36 m2 chalet, which we have renovated to offer you a comfortable place. It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, a sitting area with TV and WI-FI and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and an open bathroom with walk-in shower. To relax in any season, a professional spa has just taken place and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated on sunny days).

Possibility of booking €50 meal baskets for 2 and €7/pers breakfasts. Close to the city and the canal, 10 minutes from the city centre.

We have 3 gites at the property. All have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and combination/microwave oven, a bathroom and washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. The garden and pool are shared between the gites. Gite No.7 is a two-storey cottage attached to the main house with private entrance, terrace and gas BBQ plancha. Accommodates 2 people in 1 kingsize bed.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
