The guest flat is ideal for 2–5 people. Large double bed downstairs, bunk bed and single bed in the upstairs room. Use of the hot tub, sauna and washing machine available on request.

The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. Our young family with 2 children rents out this new and modern 2-room apartment in Vandans. Our house is beautiful, very quiet and located directly under the forest in the Vorarlberg Alps. Our guests can fully enjoy the wonderful view and tranquility of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with their own garden section.
