Davennablick, exclusive 80 m² apartment, large garden

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Our Afrizell house is located in the middle of Appenzell, in Ried, the oldest cooperative settlement in Europe. Four minutes' walk from the train station, seven minutes' walk from the lively village center, with private garden and stylish décor - pure relaxation. The house is the starting point for hikes and winter sports in the Alpstein, museum visits and forest walks. Everything is easily accessible by Appenzell train or the Rufbus [on-call bus]. Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
