The Dovecote

Le Pigeonnier is located very centrally to the heart of the beautiful village of Brantome en Périgord. It’s a two minute walk to the centre of the village yet is so tranquil and quiet located up a dead end lane. Guests have access to a pool located in the owner’s garden and it benefits from private parking. Whilst the property is attached to the owners house it has its own entrance and complete privacy. It has a beautiful outdoor terrace and a stunning sun deck with views of the ancient Abbey.

Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). The chalet brings you calm and relaxation with the spa (heated to 37 degrees all year round) and a swimming pool (unheated) (opening mid-May). A green space, petanque court, (balls and molky available) barbecue will be your allies during your stay. The place is for 4 people max! no parties! 7-night minimum booking (July/August)
