Paraty, a wonderful island house with beach and soft sand

Beautiful house on an island with 200 meters of soft sandy beach. Complete infrastructure. A bright and cozy house with a full view of the sea. Our family, friends and guests describe the place as paradisiacal. There are 5 suites with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, minibar, and we have a small boat for transfers. Other services will incur diesel expenses. Includes a sailor and a housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)

It is a very comfortable house, with spacious and airy rooms; close to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. All environments are air-conditioned. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites with jacuzzi. By the end of this year we will have 5 suites, with accommodation for 19 guests or more with all the comforts. It has a large party area with a barbecue and 6 private parking spaces. It can host events for up to 50 people. The shed with a fire pit and the tree house can be rented separately.

Treehouse/Emboava Refuge

Located in Serra da Mantiqueira, in a strategic location for sightseeing and 9 km from São Bento Center. Our space has a full kitchen and a deck in the outdoor area. The land is all surrounded by a wire fence. Within the same site, there is a chalet and the main house (where the hosts live), but all independent and distant from each other, maintaining the privacy of each location. We DO NOT provide any meals.
