There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.

This is a beautiful fourth row home (two blocks) from the beach! Seas the Day is walking distance to Surfside's Pedestrian Beach, the Jetty, Christmas Bay, and local restaurants. Plenty of space for parking vehicles and your boat! Home comes with beach gear for guest use: 1 Kayak with Life Jacket, 6 beach chairs, 1 wagon, a bucket of sand toys, 2 fishing poles, a tackle box, and 2 portable coolers.
