Our gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea, 10 minutes' walk away, and the countryside around the gîte. The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Located halfway between the landing beaches and Mont-Saint-Michel, 1 hour 15 minutes from Caen and Rennes, 20 minutes from Granville and 5 minutes from Le Havre-de-la-Vanlée, very close, 50 meters from restaurants, shops, entertainment, tennis, golf.

Beach Hut

Unusual and unique accommodation 15 meters from the beach of St Jean le Thomas, fully renovated and equipped cabin, all the comforts necessary to spend a good exotic and quiet stay by the sea. No electricity and running water but access to the sanitary facilities of the municipal campsite which is 10 m away. My beach hut

In Saint le Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), as close as possible to the beach with views of Mont Saint Michel and the cliffs of Champeaux Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

All you need to do is unpack your bags to enjoy your stay! 2 steps from the sea and very close to Granville, famous seaside resort, a cottage with crazy charm! In a dynamic coastal village, house adjoining the owners' mansion, spread over 2 floors, with private terrace and shared garden. Parquet floors, spiral staircase, opulent sofa, refined decoration, intimate terrace out of sight... for a very cozy stay. Seaside resort 2.5 km away with sailing school.

Departure for the bay crossings are in the village.

Les ARDENTES, 40 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a fully renovated 6-apartment residence, 200 m from the sea, the city center and its shops. It has a large private terrace with individual entrance. Within 300 m, discover: the sailing school, golf, racecourse and 5 tennis courts. This house is the perfect place to enjoy the rustic and quiet charm of the Normandy countryside. The stone house and its wood-burning stove will allow you to enjoy your stay in all weather!

At the edge of the dune

Very comfortable room, recently renovated, next to our home but which remains completely independent. Other things to note If you book only 1 night, sheets and towels are not provided.
