Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Due to the location, we pay particular attention to strict compliance with the prescribed hygiene. After each guest, it is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Disinfectant is available in the apartment as well as in the toilet.

Private room in a beautiful, renovated townhouse

From woman to woman... only women. I rent a nice, bright and newly renovated room in a completely newly renovated terraced house in Woltmershausen/Rablinghausen. In the room there is a cozy little sitting area with TV. A small work opportunity and a bed. Bed size 1.40 x 2.00 m. Next to the room is a guest toilet on the level. The main bathroom is one level higher, which we use together. The townhouse is located on a main road.

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.

The very maritime-inspired, attractive, well-kept townhouse is located in a fantastic, quiet location in Bremen and invites you to linger.........and the extendable dining table offers 8 guests enough space to 'DINE' together! The infrastructure can be described as very good. Great shopping is minutes away. The same applies to the bus stop to the center. Behind the house there are 8 bicycles for rent. (From 09/01/2023)

The guest room is located on the 2nd floor and has a size of 30 m². A wardrobe divides the room into two cozy areas, a living area and a sleeping area. In the living area there is a fridge, a kettle, toaster, as well as a coffee maker. The room also has a large balcony. On the first floor, right next to the guest room, there is also the bathroom. If necessary, this is also shared with one more guest.
