Enjoy the quiet and friendly atmosphere in the light-flooded "art nest" studio loft. On the edge of the Bremen cultural quarter, it is located in the attic of a studio house - a little forgotten by the world - picturesquely on the Bahndamm. Within walking distance you will find bars, museums, small shops, the theater, the Bremen Bürgerpark and the Weserpromenade. Upon request, a studio tour, an art workshop in my studio or a walk through the Bremen cultural quarter can be booked.

Our riding stable is located directly on the border with Bremen. In the middle of meadows and fields, close to the bird sanctuary. You can reach Bremen city centre in 15 minutes by car or train. Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily accessible via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, it is possible to hikes like on the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. In the island there is a beach bath with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping facilities at 6-8 km away.

You'll love our place because of the pure nature and the direct beach location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. I rent my 130 m² loft in the trendy "Steintor" district. Quietly located in a courtyard and yet in the middle of the city. Up to 9 people can spread out here in 2 bedrooms, a large couch and four mattresses/beds in the living room.

Our house is an old "Victorian" in a very beautiful street in the city center. 2,4 km distance to the central station/ Messe, 2,6 km to the historic center, 1,3 km to the Bürgerpark or the "Viertel" (pubs, restaurants).
