Welcome to the Luett Stuuv! In the middle of the charming Bremen riverside district, you will find our lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment. The Luett Stuuv is located in a lively but quiet neighborhood with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

Fantastic neighborhood 1-room old building! Best location! Quiet!

Fantastically located apartment in the landmarked house, quiet side street! Theater, art gallery, cathedral and old town within walking distance, the neighborhood with its pub culture and restaurants around the corner. The apartment was lovingly renovated by me (e.g. new parquet floor, custom-made industrial radiators) and since I have a penchant for art, design and curiosities, it is stylishly and comfortably furnished and equipped according to my imagination.

Entire floor in a farmhouse in the countryside

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

From this centrally located place you are in a few steps in the lively city life and yet live in a quiet side street. The apartment is located in the middle of the trendy district, the "Viertel." Many restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as theaters and cinemas are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a large main room that has been lovingly renovated and equipped to a high standard. The perfect place to relax and explore the city.

Dieses abgeschlossene Apartment ( ca. 20 m² ) liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses zum Hinterhof . Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett ( 180 x 200 ) und eine Sitzecke. Im Flur zum allein genutzten Badezimmer, steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Unser Haus liegt in Fußgänger Entfernung ( 5 min ) zur Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und 10 min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.

Hi there! Everyone is welcome here! "Very rare with a small but nice garden..." The apartment is centrally located in the new town of Bremen: 55 square meters. It has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 kitchen. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity, about 5 minutes' walk to the stop. The airport is about 10 minutes away. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for small children.

Enjoy life in the charming and centrally located apartment. This is within walking distance (2 minutes) to the Weser in the colorful and lively Bremen district of "Viertel "Viertel" Ostertor. The "Viertel" is a mixture of nice bars, pubs, shops, restaurants, artists, organic stores, students, Werder Bremen fans, street art, alternative cinemas, lifestyle scene and a direct tram connection to Bremen city center and the train station.

A cozy Baltic Sea atmosphere awaits you in this accommodation The apartment has a separate entrance with a small terrace in front of the entrance door and is located in the basement of the house on the street side. Tram and bus connections are close by. There is also a free, guarded parking garage. In just 10 minutes, Lake Werder can be reached on foot, and in just 15 minutes, you can reach Lake Krimpelsee.

Our basement apartment in a typical old Bremen house in the popular Flüsseviertel in the Neustadt district is in the perfect location to explore Bremen city center. It is a cozy 2-room apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom (French bed 1.40 x 2.00) and separate bathroom. It has a courtyard garden, which is partly covered, belonging to the apartment.

Our cozy 2-room basement apartment is located in the Flüsseviertel (Neustadt), one of Bremen's most popular districts. Centrally located and lively. The garden is also available. The apartment and garden were redesigned and renovated in 2022/2023.
