Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

We - that's Rapha, Eva and our children (5+8 years old) live together with our roommate Felix (43 years old), his girlfriend and dog (it is usually only downstairs and doesn't run around freely in the house) in a beautiful house in Old Bremen near the Osterdeich, in the heart of an alternative district of Bremen. The house has a great setup for smaller & bigger families and comes with a fully enclosed backyard that is ideal for kids or pets to play freely or bikes to be stored safely. It's located in a small and quiet neighborhood only a few walking minutes away from the tourist harbour (restaurants, sights, culture) and right next to the cities all new bicycle path.

It is a friendly and cozily furnished small apartment with a small kitchen and shower in the room. The apartment is integrated into a quiet terraced house and in the immediate vicinity of the university. Self check-in is possible through the key box. Due to the location, we pay particular attention to strict compliance with the prescribed hygiene. After each guest, it is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Disinfectant is available in the apartment as well as in the toilet.

In this accommodation you have a lot of peace and quiet and can simply switch off. There is plenty of parking and you should never have a problem finding one. From the house it takes about 10 minutes to Lilienthal city center and about 35 minutes by train to get to downtown Bremen. You can walk to the train station in 5 minutes. Wifi available. In a fantastic location on the Geeste, close to the North Sea and Weser, our house offers the perfect mix of relaxation and proximity to the city. Enjoy walks by the water, explore the harbor or relax in a cozy ambiance. The house is modern and ideal for families, couples or business travelers. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are within easy reach. Looking forward to your visit!

Friendly place, close to public transport!

The property is centrally located. The bus and tram stop is very close. By public transport you can get to the city center in approx. 15 minutes to the city center, in about 20 minutes to the train station. The airport can be reached by bus or car in just 5 minutes. Free, guarded parking is also close to the property. For walks, there is the, in 15 minutes Werdersee, which can be reached on foot, as well as the Krimpelsee.

Ferijenhus Saans

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.

The very maritime-inspired, attractive, well-kept townhouse is located in a fantastic, quiet location of Bremen and invites you to linger in.........and the pull-out dining table offers 8 guests enough space to 'TABLE' together!
