We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment in San Giovanni Lupatoto. The amenities were really good – it had everything you needed and everything worked perfectly. I noticed the cleanliness particularly positively, the apartment was really spotless. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet you can reach many attractions and things to do in the area quickly and easily. I highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime!

Very nice little house with small garden behind it. An inviting environment for hiking. The dogs were able to let off steam. No one felt disturbed. We would love to vacation here again. Thank you for everything.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giuseppe’s house! From the moment I arrived, Giuseppe was extremely welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was exactly as described, even better in person.

Very clean accommodation with all the comforts required, very comfortable beds and a well-stocked and complete kitchen. Extremely quiet and traffic-free location, quiet area. Center of Sirmione reachable by shuttle a short distance from the apartment and convenient location also to reach other places of interest in the area. Everything was positive and Federica was also very available for tips on restaurants and how to get around the area.

Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

A beautiful house with great views to the lake! The space was just as described on the pictures. Marta was a great host who always responded very quickly and helpful to our messages.

We immediately felt comfortable!! Serge (co-host) was always easily accessible, explained everything to us well, the house, an old renovated farm from the area, was brilliantly beautiful and contemporary. The beds were very pleasant and we all (8 people) immediately felt comfortable and spent three wonderful days inland on Lake Garda. Thanks again to Serge and his entire team. We felt very comfortable in this wonderful part of the world. Far away from the tourist hustle and bustle in picturesque scenery. When you look through the windows, you think you would be looking at a photo wallpaper, because the landscape is so fantastically beautiful. The entire complex invites you to dream. Our apartment was spotless. It was equipped with everything your heart desires. In particular, we really appreciated the washing machine, with our one-year-old son. A few minutes' drive away, there are numerous fantastic restaurants offering authentic Italian food. Monica was a very accommodating, helpful & likeable hostess. We will definitely spend future vacations here again & highly recommend this place to our friends.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Loredana’s place in Garda! From the moment we booked, Loredana was incredibly proactive, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a smooth arrival. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering excellent local tips and always being available if we had any questions. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located.

Laura is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the days at her home. We loved the hot tub there. There are many high rating restaurants near by. Just few mins walk, that’s really convenient. We also walked to the Castle and enjoy the great view of the Lake.

Tiziano and Luisa are super hosts! We had a very good time and will be back for sure. Ideal place to go on vacation with your dog. Super comfortable bed and clean, beautiful and tidy house. They also brought us the keys the night we were locked out, super kind!
