Small 25 m² apartment, air-conditioned for guests' comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, top fridge, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, etc.), a living area with a 140 cm sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (new Luxury Literie mattress from December 2022) and a shower room. Located near the city centre, its shops and leisure facilities, 45 minutes from Le Puy du Fou, 75 minutes from Futuroscope in Poitiers and 35 minutes from Cholet. Private entrance and nearby parking.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

La Cabane du Petit Moulin is the perfect place to come and relax in peace, in the middle of the Bressuirais grove. With friends or family, you will find yourself immersed in an idyllic setting designed specifically for your stay, in a comfortable home. Guests will have direct access to hiking trails and paths.
