This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. We welcome you to our house located a 15-minute walk from the Le Mans Circuit and its museum, 25 minutes by bus from downtown Le Mans, and 5 minutes from the exhibition center, Salle de l'Oasis. You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. The lavoir du prieuré

In the heart of the Sarthois perche in Sceaux sur Huisne, a city of water in Roman times, behind the church with the bell tower so special, is the laundry of "the farm of the priory". This small building and its basin powered by a spring, is part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below is the remains of the Gallo-Roman thermal baths. The room has been installed in an old laundry dating from the 15th century, so it's a "waterfront" night that is offered.

Ideally located, in the heart of an exceptional site classified as a Historic Monument (Hodebert Castle) and close to the Loire Castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau...), the Ecuries d'Hodebert are ideal for cultural and sports holidays or simply to enjoy the calm of the countryside.
