Ideal for a family stay, this charming house of character will offer you all the comforts you need for a great vacation. Completely renovated, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 2000 m², it will allow you to enjoy the beach located 4 km away and the harbor of St Germain.

Cottage on the edge of the harbor

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has three bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed. The second has two single 90*190 beds that can be brought together. The third is equipped with a bunk bed and a baby bed. Its washing machine, TV and appliances give a modern side to this cottage that we wanted to be simple. Everything is on a fenced plot with barbecue, 2 children's bikes, a trailer for toddlers and adult mountain bikes.

The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Brittevilla welcomes you! This house is located by the sea (80 m from the beach) in a small fishing village of Cotentin. A location with direct access to the dune and the children's playground. A peaceful corner, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Brittevilla accommodates up to 6 people. Bed linen is provided but remember to bring your towels. The land is fully fenced to accommodate your four-legged friends🐶.

No need for cars to get to the beach, you're only 350 m away. Relax with the whole family at this fully renovated place to stay. The ground floor consists of a living area, a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a toilet. Upstairs, the landing play area leads you to two bedrooms with two 90 x 200 cm beds in each. A wooden terrace with pergola allows you to enjoy the outdoors for as long as possible.
