(5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Les Ganivelles, house 350 m from the beach

No need for cars to get to the beach, you're only 350 m away. Relax with the whole family at this fully renovated place to stay. The ground floor consists of a living area, a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a toilet. Upstairs, the landing play area leads you to two bedrooms with two 90 x 200 cm beds in each. A wooden terrace with pergola allows you to enjoy the outdoors for as long as possible.

Brittevilla welcomes you! This house is located next to the sea ( 80 m from the beach ) in a small fishing village in Cotentin. A very quiet area with direct access to the dune and children's playground. Brittevilla sleeps up to 6 people. We provide bed linen but we do not provide towels. The grounds are fully fenced for your furry friends 🐶
