Beautiful villa with stunning views and sauna

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A large villa suitable for families (we have 2 small children aged 5 and 7) as well as animals (we have a dog, the land is completely enclosed). There are many leisure facilities (heated swimming pool, spa, cabins, billiards, trampoline, brazier...), the villa is located in the countryside, the large plot (4000 m²) allows you to be really quiet. Finally, the breathtaking view allows you to unwind with complete peace of mind.

An outdoor dining table is set with plates of assorted fruits, pastries, and beverages, complementing a stunning view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Clear glass railings offer an unobstructed sight of the lush landscape and tranquil waters.
