Recently renovated, air-conditioned, the apartment offers a living room with sofa bed, an open bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Very close to amenities, public transport, Parc des Lices for walking/sports and 10 minutes from the beaches by car.

Ideally located on a quiet street of the city center, my duplex apartment offers all the comfort you need to explore Aix and the region: yoga room, projector, AC, private parking. The "rue d'Italie" is down the street where you will have access to some of the best food stores in Aix (see my addresses in my guide book!). The duplex is in a three story building. The first floor (rez-de-chaussé) is used by a contemporary art center, which makes it feel like you are in a town house.
