Located in an annex of our house, our small 14 m2 studio/duplex awaits you for your tourist or business stays. It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). Located close to the Nantes-Paris axis, Terra Botanica, public transport and shops. We ensure 24-48 hours of non-occupancy between two guests in order to best respect the health conditions. Hi , We offer accommodation for 2 people in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The accommodation is in the agglomeration of Angers Loire Métropole, you will be 20 minutes from Angers by car. From the house you will find several paths to walk or bike among horses. The Sarthe is 1 km away by footpath. The 25 m2 accommodation has a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Guests will have access to an outdoor area with garden furniture.
