Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Its terrace is ideal for admiring the view of Lac du Bourget while having lunch around the table. This accommodation can comfortably accommodate 4 people. In the Alps, in Savoy, 15 km from the center of Chambery, in the Bauges mountain range, at the end of the Chemin de La Bas in an enchanting environment for lovers of calm, serenity and permaculture. Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.

Lush greenery surrounds a vibrant pool area, featuring sun loungers arranged in various colors. A view of a serene lake is presented beyond the well-maintained garden, framed by mountains that enhance the tranquil setting.

Lots of space in this apartment, comprising 2 bedrooms, the first with a 140 bed, the second "twin", (2 single beds of 90, convertible into a 180 bed). Located on the second floor of a detached house. Free access to the large swimming pool. You will be seduced by the location, the calm, the view of Lake Bourget, the walking access to practice paddle, boat ride... Bike rides by the lake, hiking tours with lake views. City of Aix-les-Bains, very pleasant.
