The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. You can walk along the Ache to the village center in a few minutes and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.
