Our property is situated in a sunny, quiet and central location. Thanks to the short distances, there is no need for a car to make the most of the extensive range of leisure activities on offer in Brixen im Thale in both summer and winter. Many facilities, such as a supermarket, tobacconist's and bakery, are within easy walking distance. Bookings are possible for a minimum of 6 nights in winter and a minimum of 5 nights in summer. NO children's discount! In winter, arrivals and departures are on Saturdays only. In summer, arrivals only on Fridays and Saturdays.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our Tyrolean log cabin at 1000 m above sea level is a so-called Söllhaus from the 18th century, completely renovated inside and all sanitary facilities incl. underfloor heating in the bathrooms newly installed. The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

You'll feel right at home in our quiet yet centrally located accommodation with a small garden terrace. Situated on the edge of the forest, you can start your hikes directly from the property. The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.
