Relaxe in an apartment in the Baltic Sea village Laboe in an apartment building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a small balcony and a parking space at the house. Perfect for a young family: a folding travel cot and a beach handcart are on site. In the living room there is a sofa bed available for 1-2 more guests. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. A bakery, 2 supermarkets and a beverage market are in the immediate vicinity - as well as a bus stop for a trip to Kiel.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Our fine little apartment in Stein is looking forward to nice vacationers. The apartment welcomes you with direct views of the Baltic Sea and a cozy private ambiance. Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes towards Schilkssee/Strande or directly to the city/main train station. Washing machine and dryer are available in the separate basement.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you like to jump into the sea quickly in the morning, a nice walk will take you in approx. 10 minutes to the nearby swimming area. Afterwards, you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dining or strolling.
