The apartment (47 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about a 10-minute walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Our fine little apartment in Stein is looking forward to nice vacationers. The apartment welcomes you with direct views of the Baltic Sea and a cozy private ambiance. Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.
