Monthly Rentals in Brookston

This is the second time I've stayed at Jeff's place and was not disappointed. It's clean, quiet and convenient. I had to change my stay prior to arriving and Jeff was very cooperative. The place is clean and has a lot of amenities. Coffee, microwave, oven, fridge, TV, etc. This is a great place to stay for a few days or even long term. It's located near restaurants, shopping and minutes from downtown.

Melanie and Rachel are great hosts. Very responsive. They made us feel at home. Their place is so peaceful and clean. I highly recommend their place if you ever need a peaceful gateway.

We stayed at the Rock House with another couple for a birthday celebration weekend. The house is beautiful and perfect for our weekend stay. The pictures do not do the character and charming vibe of the house justice. We wanted for nothing, the kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathrooms and bedrooms. Check-in was flawless, communication with Jeff was perfect. He went above and beyond to give me detailed stock of what was in the kitchen. When we come back to Delphi we would love to stay at The Rock House again.

This was the second time we have stayed at Hop Cottage and will return again in the future. The location is beautiful and the home is exactly what we need. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The bathrooms are clean and the bedrooms had warm flannel sheets on the beds (they even smelled nice!). Linda is a great host! She responded quickly to all messages I sent. I can, without hesitation, recommend this location.
