The best air bnb we've been to! Enjoyed the outdoor space immensely. Despite the very cold, it can be completely closed off, making it pleasantly warm. Also inside very cozy with a lot of attention to detail. In addition, there was a nice aperitif plate and a bottle of cava ready, which immediately provided a very nice reception! Otto also explained to us personally how to operate everything. In short... we only have praise for this place, highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay at Emilie’s house. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom that we shared. On the top floor was a sofa bed and then another double room but we didn’t need to use those. The garden was great for the children with a play house and a sandpit. The pool was a lovely size and there were inflatables that we could use. It’s not heated though so we tended to use it in the afternoon once the sun had warmed it up a bit. The neighbourhood is quiet with a few playgrounds and woodland walks nearby. There’s also a lovely restaurant called Auberge du Kasterlinden that is walkable from the property. We got the tram into the city centre which was easy to do. Public transport is great in Brussels. We’d recommend Mini Europe, the Automium, the Lego Discovery Centre and Pairi Daiza if you have children. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

we couldn't fault Zsolt's place. we felt very at home and the place was perfectly located for our needs. And Zsolt was very helpful. we hope to be back and catch a warmer week-end to take advantage of the pool.

Contact with the host went very smoothly and friendly. The house has excellent facilities and everything was provided as advertised. It's a beautiful home that was perfectly suited for our meetings.

We had a very nice stay here with 6 people. The host was very easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. He gave us a brief orientation for the house and the heated pool on site and gave us tips for things to do nearby. The house looks exactly like the pictures and is very clean - so everything is great here 👍🏼

We stayed at this villa for three days and it was just amazing, amazing, amazing! The villa is perfectly furnished, every detail has been thoughtfully thought out. The location is ideal, just minutes from Brussels. The setting is just perfect, even idyllic, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Everything was absolutely perfect, exceeding all of our expectations. This villa is now part of our favorites, and we will definitely come back to it. The owner deserves a special mention: 10/10 without hesitation! He is above all human, understanding, and always available. Communication was smooth and enjoyable, making our stay much easier. We recommend this villa 100%, a real rare find

Excellent apartment for a weekend getaway!

There was very good kitchen equipment including coffee machine, salad spinner, ample crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The backyard is lovely and sunny. As the description said, the stairs are indeed steep.

The house was perfect for a family weekend! The kids spent a lot of time in the game room and the Easter egg hunt was perfect in the large garden! Everything was perfect! Kathleen went out of her way to make this weekend as enjoyable as possible, thank you so much!

Very cozy and homey furnishings. Very quiet and good privacy. It took a while for the cottage to warm up by the pellet stove. She also did an excellent job. Beautiful walks leave nearby because on the hiking junction network. Smooth communication with the hostess.

We had a nice stay in the beautiful house, the location is great and you can get there very comfortably by car. The house is perfectly designed and fits perfectly for a family with children.

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

Great place with a very nice view from the living room or terrace with access to the garden. Convenient, free private parking space. Complete furniture with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ... real comfort for a few days of vacation. Yannick is very responsive and friendly.

A quiet, discreet accommodation. Ideal for parking with parking. Everything was perfect in the accommodation. Clean, tidy, spacious! With little touches that make you happy.

We stayed for 5 days at Deborah's place to visit Brussels. We enjoyed the place where some sports equipment is available and not mentioned. It is very nice to arrive in a house where the hosts live everyday is simpler. we thank Danielle for her help with the parking vouchers. We put the car down and took the Trams all week for our very convenient visits

Beautiful building at the end of a cul-de-sac at the gates of the forest. Very clean and very large house. Thanks to the nice weather, we were able to enjoy outdoor facilities like the terrace, barbecue, Badminton snowshoes, ping pong table and swings. Enjoy your stay for 10 people. 20 minutes from Walibi.

We were a group of 9 people. We had an absolute BALL at Casaflows establishment. The house was utterly stunning and had even more wow factor than the images. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk away from the metro service so easily accessible for the city centre. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and worth the price. The check in was rather late however due to the easy city links this wasn’t much of an issue. I must say, one thing that isn’t on the listing is that you have the be quiet by 9pm which wasn’t an issue for us but must be something to think about. The neighbourhood for the accommodation was quiet and friendly with lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance and a super market less than a 5 minute walk. The team were very very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. The team were kind and really made us feel at home. We all felt right and home here in Brussels and we were very sad to leave! We couldn’t recommend this house enough!

This was a lifesaver after our original accommodation was cancelled last minute! It is a lovely home, even better than the photos capture. Our stay was fantastic. The house is large, secluded slightly away from the street, clean but with personal touches and character. Perfect for a big group to come together for big meals, with great transport links to travel to the centre and Ixelles with ease. Some nice bars in walking distance (recommend Et Cetera). Pierre was a great host, clear instructions for a stress-free check-in, proactive and helpful communication. So grateful for the warm welcome into your home!

Spacious house with large garden where you can sit in the sun and shade. Kitchen equipped with many items, such as plates and glasses, but also the necessary herbs. Beautiful surroundings for hiking and cycling. A great distance from Leuven and Brussels. We were there with 3 couples, but then you don't have much privacy upstairs. Exactly as mentioned in the description, for family or families with a few children.

Easy to find, good parking, very large property. Very clean and in a great location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer No complaints
